ADRA Tour 2018

ADRA will operate a cycling tour with Islandhopping in Norway in 2018. The islands of the Lofoten, Vesterålen, Senja and Tromsø offer unique natural beauty: Join the adventure and discover picturesque harbour towns with their typical boathouses, a never-ending succession of fjords, rivers, lakes and waterfalls, all surrounded by green wilderness. Furthermore, you will experience the longest days of the year north of the Arctic Circle.

Encounter art and culture as well as the cosy coffee houses along the way. Indulge yourself with a waffle and a hot chocolate or tea. The temperatures only range between 10 to 15 degrees, and the turquoise water is too cold to go for a swim. As you cycle along secluded panorama roads, we can marvel at the intense colours, the white sandy beaches remind us of the Caribbean. Accommodation is in traditional hotels and boathouses. A travel guide and an accompanying bus ensure your comfort along the way. This trip is carried out from Å to Tromsø (23.06-30.06 and 07.07-14.07) and from Tromsø to Å (30.06-07.07 and 14.07-21.07).

Book via the ADRA tour website, as you will get a 20 % discount on the basic tour price from Islandhopping. You will however agree to fundraise 300 Euros (or the equivalent amount in your currency) for ADRA. The ADRA office decides on the project you will support.
